Q: How will our relationship work?
A: We realize that we must earn your continued patronage on each and single visit, so we do not require contracts. Instead we fully depend on open communications and your evaluation of our services. If you are pleased with our work, tell your family and friends. Also contact us if that is something we can do in order to serve you better.
Q: What MyHousekeepers service will do in my home?
A: When we come for our free in-home estimate the client file is created allowing us to understand your individual expectations. Visit our House Cleaning section to see detailed list of things that we include in our cleaning. We will try our best to provide you with all your cleaning needs.
All of our cleaning professionals are specially trained and examined to clean your home to adhere to our rigorous standards of excellence.
Q: Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
A: Do not clean! However, we ask you to pick up clothing, toys, and other household items.
Q: How many people will be in my home?
A: MyHousekeepers Cleaning service believe in individual responsibility. Only same 2 people clean the house. In case of big projects like Spring cleaning, Move In/Out, or after party, we usually send 3, sometimes 4 people since those jobs are big, time consuming and often pretty overwhelming.
Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaning people comes?
A: Most of our clients are not, but of course this is your option. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys. We also often use the garage codes in order to get in. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a Lock-out Charge.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Simply leave the payment out in a visible place, or in case you are at home, you can pay us directly.
Q: What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning?
A: Please call us 48 hours in advance.
